Celebrating 16 years of musical resistance!
Blackfire played their first show on new years 1989. We're grateful that everyone has supported us for this long, we hope to continue to grow and share our music, energy and spirit of resistance.
We have been in the studio recording new songs and preparing for a new full length album.
This next year is going to be difficult in the struggles for environmental and social justice, but we are not alone, we have the strength of a movement that wasn't started today or yesterday...

This song is about the need for unity between Dine' & Hopi people
so that we can heal the wounds that have been created by the so-called "Navajo-Hopi
Land Dispute".
